Alabama Real Estate License Requirements
Pre-Licensing: 60 hours of classroom or online training
Post Licensing: 30 hours
Continuing Education: 15 hours, every 2 years

Pre-Licensing: Trainee 75 hours; License is 90-180 hours + experience
