South Carolina Real Estate License Requirements
Pre-Licensing: 60 hours of classroom training
Post Licensing: 30 hours, first 2 years
Continuing Education: 8 hours, every 2 years after first 2 years

Pre-Licensing: Assistant 75 hours; License is 90-180 hours + experience
